Early Life & Entrepreneurial Journey

Mangilal’s journey began nearly three decades ago when he took over his father’s ancestral business. Immersed in milk procurement and distribution from a young age, he gained invaluable hands-on experience. In 2003, he launched his own independent dairy operation, initially selling just 80 litres of milk daily. By 2006, this number had grown to 5,000 litres per day, supplied to various established dairies.

Laying the Foundation: Mamta Dairy

In 2007, driven by a vision to deliver pure and wholesome dairy products, he founded Mamta Dairy in Sanchore, Rajasthan. That same year, he set up a state-of-the-art chilling plant to improve milk preservation and began supplying 20,000–25,000 litres daily to reputed North Indian brands such as Paras Dairy, Madhusudan, Nova, Heritage Dairy, Havmor Ice Cream, and others.

Retail Expansion & Establishment of Shree Mamta Milkdairy

In 2014, Mamta Dairy expanded into the retail market under the name Shree Mamta Milkdairy Private Limited. With a well-established distribution network, the company began selling liquid and packaged milk directly to consumers. Today, it processes 80,000–100,000 litres of milk daily, backed by an advanced facility with a processing capacity of 1,50,000 litres per day.
